2. What's the MOQ? Can I mix models and colors?
A: MOQ is 10pcs for stock watch with Bewell/Bedate logo, can mix color and model; MOQ is 100pcs for your own design or logo, can't mix color and model, also based on full wood and leather strap style; For steel watch, MOQ is 500pcs, you can mix 2-3 colors .
3. What's the delivery time?
A: Production time is 30-45 working days after confirming with every detail.
4. What's the packing?
A: Our usual packing for the watch is opp bag+bubble bag. Of course, we can offer paper box and wooden box, but you need to pay extra.
5. Can we print our own logo?
A: Yes, of course. we can put your logo on the watch dial, band, case back, crown, side of case etc...
6. What about the warranty?
A: We are very confident in our products, and we pack them very well, so usually you will receive the order in good condition. But to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding the quality issue, we suggest that you check the watches once you receive them, and let us know the details if there are any damaged ones. so that we can deal with it accordingly.
